Captain Lee likes to joke that he has been living the nautical life since he was born, since he was born on Naval Base San Diego while his father was stationed on a destroyer with the Pacific Fleet. Captain Lee has captained everything from racing sailboats to crewed motor yachts to Hinckley Picnic Boats. His first captain job was at age 19, when he was asked by a family friend to safely deliver the friend’s sailboat and his daughters back from Georgian Bay, Ontario, to Buffalo NY, a 450-mile trip.

Since then Captain Lee has run boats from Maine to the Caribbean, primarily spending summers in the Northeastern US and winters in Southern Florida and The Bahamas. Currently he is working as a freelance captain in Sag Harbor, NY.
